Kerry Kleinfeldt
Office Administrator
Kerry Kleinfeldt has been with EMC Technologists since 2022 and is responsible for Inside Sales, Accounting, Customer Relations as well as the day-to-day operations of the Office. She grew up in Pont Pleasant NJ and has lived there most of her life. Kerry is a graduate of Rutgers University with an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy. Kerry has extensive experience in Office Management and Administration. Past positions were held in running her own therapy business. Her interests include cooking, exercise, paddle boarding, yoga and music. She has one grown child, Dylan who also recently graduated Rutgers University.

Jeanne Sass
Inside Sales
Jeanne is originally from NY and has lived in NJ for more than 30 years. She earned a BS in Business/Marketing from the University of Maryland and has held positions in the Computer, Investment, Environmental, Insurance, and Food Importing businesses. In addition, she managed the day to day operations of a computer scanning company.
Jeanne joined EMC Technologists in 1996. She has been involved in many aspects of EMC, primarily involving network administration, but is also involved in the financial, marketing and sales for our corporation.
Jeanne and her husband Alex have 2 grown sons and reside in Lakewood, NJ. Her hobbies include tennis, reading, and spending time with her family.

Thomas S. Boughner
Regional Sales Manager
Tom is a native of the Washington, D.C. area, having grown up in Reston, Virginia. He received his Electrical Engineering degree at Virginia Tech. while participating in their co-op work/study program. It was this program that helped shape his interest in technical sales. He has worked for EMC Technologists since 1995, initially covering Virginia and North Carolina. He now works in the Maryland, Delaware, and Northern Virginia territories. Tom lives in Frederick, Maryland, with his wife Sue, and his children Grace, Luke and Mark. His hobbies include spending time with his family, basketball, and music.

James W. Watts
President & CEO
Jim Watts joined EMC Technologists in 1986 and has been managing sales in the New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania areas. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy where he received his B.S. degree.
He worked in the Maritime Industry for Hapag-Lloyd and Carolina Caribbean Carriers before coming to EMC Technologists.
Jim has many years of technical sales experience along with his post-graduate electrical engineering studies at Brookdale College. His experience has given him the necessary tools to be a professional sales engineer for EMC, Wireless and Acoustic equipment and accessories along with other technical components and services.
Through the years, Jim has established a very loyal customer following, and has received, along with our other sales engineers, many sales awards from our principals for outstanding performance.
Jim, Nicole and his son Tyler reside in the NJ shore town of Point Pleasant. Jim’s interests and hobbies are traveling, Costa Rica, skiing, golfing, biking, and saltwater sport fishing.

William J. Watts
Consultant/President Emeritus
Mr. Watts has nearly 40 years in the EMC discipline. His experience as an engineer has included EMC test, design, application and product management. In addition, he has worked in National and Regional Sales Management positions for various companies in the EMC industry. In 1984, Mr. Watts founded EMC Technologists, a company that quickly became one of the top sales representative and consulting companies in the EMC industry. In 1989, he furthur introduced EMC Eupen, a distributor specializing in EMC components, including ferrite coated cables and power supply cords with integral filters.
Currently, Mr. Watts acts as an advisor and consultant to Corp. which includes both EMC Technologists and EMC Eupen. He is a life long member of the IEEE/EMC Society, IEEE Power Electronics Group, IEEE Microwave Electronics, the dB Society, and several other industry organizations.
